Stiff tournament rules do not apply here. Let's get it sorted.

Sometimes things don’t work out.

Maybe the hat didn’t fit your massive pickleball ego. Maybe your doubles partner got offended by the sticker. Or maybe you panic-bought 4 air fresheners after losing a tournament.

Whatever happened… we’ll try to make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • unused
  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • and absolutely do not smell like a 6-hour open play session

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • used products
  • heavily damaged items
  • final sale items
  • products destroyed during emotional post-match breakdowns

💥 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll fix it.

We’re Dirty Dinkers, not stiff tournament officials.

💸 Exchanges & Refunds

Need a different size or item? Send us a message and we’ll help get it sorted out faster than a 3.5 player calling themselves a 4.5.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear.

(Unfortunately we cannot speed this up by yelling at customer service.)
